This VFFS packing machine with customized dosing system, the servo auger filler enable powder product automatically feeding, metering, filling and packing into roll film form bags.

Vertical packaging machines, also commonly known as vertical filling forming sealing (VFFS) machine, are highly efficient and automated packaging equipment. Starting from a roll of film, it automatically complete a series of processes including bag making, metering, filling, sealing, and cutting.

Vertical packaging machines achieve full automation from roll film to finished bags, with extremely high production speeds of 30-80 bags/min with continuous production  time of 12 hours a day without interruption, meeting the needs of large-scale. The entire process requires only a small amount of manual labor, which reducing labor costs and labor intensity.

②Precise Metering and Secure Sealing

The equipment can be equipped with various high-precision metering system that depending on material characteristics (e.g., granules, powders, liquids), options such as combination scales, screw scales, measuring cups, or liquid pumps can be selected to achieve high-precision metering.

Horizontal and vertical sealing temperatures can be independently and precisely controlled by PID (temperature difference within ±1℃), adapting to various packaging materials such as PE, PP, and composite films, ensuring a smooth, secure, and leak-free seal.

Vertical packaging machines offer high flexibility, adapting to different product and packaging needs. By changing different forming devices, various bag types can be easily produced, including pillow bags, gusset bags, quad seal stand up bags, ect.

Machine whole set consists of screw feeding conveyor, servo auger filler with dust collecting device, the roll film bagging machine and output conveyor. 

①Screw feeding conveyor with vibrating storage hopper to feed powder product up to the auger filler continuously.

②Customized servo auger filler by precisely controlling the rotation number of the servo motor to dispense a specific volume of powder with high precision.

③Machine equips with independent dust collection or removal devices to promptly remove floating dust during the filling process, preventing contamination of the sealing area and ensuring the package remains airtight and clean.

④Roll film bagging machine automatically completes the entire process of product metering and filling, bag making, sealing, and cutting.

⑤Output conveyor to convey finished products quickly to avoid piling up and connect to subsequent processes for production continuity.
