①Filling System for High-Viscosity Materials
Anti-drip and Anti-stringing Design: Honey and other materials are prone to stringing and dripping. Professional equipment is equipped with special anti-drip devices on the filling nozzle (such as pneumatic anti-drip and back-suction functions) to ensure a clean cut-off after filling, preventing contamination of the seal and ensuring a clean finished product appearance.
Stirring and Heating Hopper: To prevent high-viscosity honey from clumping or becoming poorly fluid in the hopper, the equipment is typically equipped with a hopper featuring a stirrer and heating function, ensuring the material remains in a uniform and easily pumpable flow state.
Precise Servo-Driven Quantitative Filling: Utilizing a servo motor-driven quantitative cylinder or precision pump for filling, the machine accurately controls the weight of each scoop (common specifications include 3g, 7g, 10g, etc.), with an extremely low error rate (typically controllable within 1%), effectively reducing raw material waste.
②Highly Automated Packaging Process
Fully Automated Production Line Operation: The equipment automatically completes the entire process, including empty scoop arrangement and feeding (via a vibratory feeder or automatic scoop dropping device), quantitative filling, lamination (aluminum foil or composite film), heat sealing, and finished product punching and separation.
Flexible Capacity and Structure: Commonly available structures include rotary and linear types. Capacity ranges widely, from entry-level models with 600-1500 scoops per hour to high-speed models with 3000-6000 scoops per hour. Some machines can also automatically weave the sealed scoops into rolls for convenient subsequent packaging.
