This premade pouch filling packing machine with customized dosing system, the liquid filling pump enable liquid product automatically feeding, metering, filling and packing into premade bags.

It is suitable for various kinds of premade pouches like 3/4 side seal flat bags, doypack stand up pouches, spout bags and irregularly shaped bags.

This horizontal premade bag filling packing machine is an automated equipment that uses premade bags for horizontal filling and sealing. It feeds products into bags and completes the packaging process via a horizontal conveying system.

This equipment integrates multiple steps in the packaging process into a continuous horizontal system. It improves production efficiency, with packaging speeds typically reaching 20 to 35 bag/min (per product characteristics and bag size).

A typical 6-station workflow is as follows:

Bag picking up → Bag opening → Product filling → Spare station → Bag arranging → Bag sealing & output

By changing different metering and feeding devices, various materials like granule, powder or liquid products can be accurately packaged. Besides it is capable of handling various pre-made bags, including flat bags, stand-up pouches, zip lock pouches, spout bag, M shape bag, ect.

①The liquid storage and mixing tank is a key part that connecting the liquid production and packaging process. It is mainly used for temporary storage, heat preservation and homogenization of materials to ensure that the materials can enter the next process in a stable state.

②Customized filling pump based on the periodic change of volume, using reciprocating motion to achieve fluid intake and discharge. It can meet high metering accuracy of +/-1% and a wide flow rate adjustment range.

③Horizontal preamde bag machine automatically completes the entire process from picking pre-made bags to output finished products via a 6 station conveying system.
